Andrew Begin

Andrew Begin

Andrew Begin our lead foreman has been with us since August 8, 2000. He resides in Griswold with his wife Heather and their three children. He holds a P-2 license and has attended many training courses. He is kind and gentle mannered, and he is always welcomed by our customers.

P-2 License
Chris Pizzo joined our team December 2016 as an apprentice. Chris is a Norwich tech graduate where he received the Excellence in Plumbing Award and obtained his OSHA-30 Certificate. Chris obtained his P-2 license in September of 2020. Chris attends continuing education to ensure he is up to date with local and state codes. He enjoys the current project he is running at Westledge installing the underslab plumbing. He also enjoys boiler replacements. Chris enjoys fishing, playing softball and working on his truck. He resides in Norwich.
Joe Lebrecque

P-2 License
Joe Labrecque joined our firm in May 2017 as an apprentice, in September 2020 he obtained a P-2 license. Joe is a graduate of Norwich Tech. He attends Continuing Education to ensure he is up to date with local and state codes. Joe resides in Griswold. Joe enjoys music and is very talented in guitar. He enjoys fishing and his new jeep. 
Chris Pizzo

Ben McKenzie

Ben McKenzie has been an apprentice with our company since August 2020. He graduated from Norwich Tech in June of 2020. He has found that his favorite thing to do as an apprentice is underground piping work. Ben enjoys gaming with his friends and riding his dirt bike on his time off. He carries an OSHA-30 certificate. Ben is a great addition to our team. He resides in Norwich.

Nate Freytes joined our staff as an apprentice on July 11, 2022. He graduated from Porter and Chester Institute in Rocky Hill which 3.78 gpa. Nate works directly under Andy and has been a learning all aspects of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning trade. Nate is eager to learn and a hard worker. Nate resides in Willimantic with his grandmother.

Donna Johnson

Donna Johnson has joined our staff as our Administrative Assistant in January 2022. Donna lives in East Hampton with her husband. Donna brings a strong background with over 30 years of experience in an office setting and still has enough energy to keep up with the fast-paced office of our firm. Donna enjoys watching her two boys play baseball and vacationing in Maine with her family by the lake. Donna's high energy keeps us on our toes, and it's a pleasure to have her as part of our team. Her great attitude and pleasant phone manner are huge assets.

Robert H. Laudette Jr.

Operations Manager

Robert H. Laudette Jr,. started with the company in 1973 right out of trade school and with hard work, dedication, and many long hours, was able to purchase the company in 1987. He constructed a new building on Route 32, housing an office, shop space, and designed a retail showroom to help customers choose just the right material for their new home or remodeling project. Whether you are building a new home, replacing that drippy faucet, or remodeling your bath or kitchen, we have many of the newest products to choose from. 


Bob oversees all projects and brings the experience and knowledge of many years working in the field.  His attention to detail and treating each and every job with importance, has made Carboni Plumbing & Heating what it is today.


Bob holds licenses in Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Home Improvement Contracting, Lead Safety, Fire Protection, and Sub-Surface Sewage. He resides in Norwich with his two golden retrievers and his wife, Robin.

Robin Laudette

Office Manager
Robin Laudette started with the company at the previous location on September 30, 1985, as the office manager. In 1989, she collaborated with Bob to design the new showroom at their new location.  She began learning about the plumbing, heating & remodeling business alongside Bob and expanding her knowledge through classes. In 1994, she became certified through the National Kitchen & Bath Association, in the 1990's, she attended training at Kohler, to become a Kohler Certified Sales Consultant and also became a Certified Sterling Plumbing Consultant.  She and Bob married in July of 2011 & reside in Norwich with their two Golden Retrievers.   

Whether you are looking to choose a new faucet, or remodel your kitchen or bath, Robin is a wealth of knowledge in all areas. She stays up to date with the new trends and can help you create the space of your dreams. Together, Bob & Robin support local little leagues, shelters, the American Heart Association, and participate in Relay of Life each year.  They enjoy spending time with their family & friends whether it is at their favorite local restaurant of in their backyard in the summertime. They enjoy vacationing in Aruba as well as exploring new beaches & places together.
